Coinreview Twitter CEO says Elon Musk won't be on board

Earlier it became known that Elon Musk acquired a 9.2% stake in Twitter worth $37 billion. However, Musk will not be on the board of directors.
“Elon's appointment to the board of directors was supposed to officially take effect on April 9, but on the same morning, Elon announced that he would no longer be a member of the board. I think it's for the best," Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal confirmed in a tweet.
Agrawal added that Musk remains Twitter's largest shareholder and that the company would be open to his proposals.
“We value and will always value the contribution of our shareholders, whether they are members of the Board of Directors or not,” he added.
